Welcome to the International Association of Service Dog Trainers
Welcome to our Website.
This is the headquarters of the International Association of Service Dog Trainers, located in the United States of America.
We are the New Hope Church and Right Hand Enterprises, and for over 16 years we have "trained the trainer" and also locally trained all-purpose service and therapy dogs.
Our training program is comprehensive, from health and wellness to schedule/rest intervals and of course, obedience and comfort training to allow our "dog clients" to work with confidence in public and in private.
We work with medium and small dogs only - although we will assist any individual or organization to train and certify their own dog or dogs.
We will also provide the material and testing required for legal certification of animals. We are licensed providers in Wyoming, Alaska and of course, here in Indiana.
We also offer international certification as coordinated by the EGFA (Eurogroup For Animals).
From Wikipedia:
"Eurogroup for Animals is an organisation based in Brussels, Belgium, which seeks to improve the treatment of animals throughout the European Union, and represents animal welfare organisations in almost all the European member states.[1][2] Since it was launched in 1980, the organisation has succeeded in encouraging the European Union to adopt higher legal standards of animal protection.

It provides advice and expertise on animal welfare to various European institutions, such as the European Commission, the Council of Ministers, and the European Parliament.[3] It also provides the secretariat of the European Parliamentary Intergroup on the Welfare and Conservation of Animals, which meets at the European Parliament in Strasbourg once a month.[4]
Eurogroup for Animals also works closely together with retailers to encourage them to adopt higher standards of animal welfare.[5] In addition they campaign to improve the situation of farm animals, research animals, and wild animals."
We offer vests, documentation of animal training (for insurance purposes) and educational materials for service dog training, education and rehabilitation.
We do not offer veterinary services or supplies.
Organizational certification for existing animal welfare groups or charities is available at reduced cost, with no annual or recurring fees. Re-certification is only required (by law in some states) every five years.
Individual certification is available if you are interested in becoming a certified service animal trainer.
We will also assist individuals if they wish to self-certify their own animal - although we do require veterinary approval upon completion through your family veterinarian.
